Moments ago I released an update for SayMyName (Cupcake and Donut) and a Donation version :) The Cupcake version now features some new features like Silent ringtone and link to SayMyName Donut if you have Android 1.6 installed on your phone. Hey Ho, Yesterday I released version 2.3 of SayMyName (see changelog below) and a few minutes ago, there´s another update: 2.3.1. Why? Somebody mentioned in the market-comments a force close when an unknown number is calling. With the release of SayMyName 2.0, I submitted my app to the Android Developer Challenge 2. In the next days an app will be released by Google, which allows you to vote the programs submitted to ADC 2. The best app wins A LOT of money :) Tom

It´s here! SayMyName 2.0 Number-identification got a huge improvement. Should be nearly perfect ;) There´s also the option to respect silent (don´t speak on silent) and set a wanted speak-volume. It´s not very hard to code: implement the method "onReceive" and do what you want to do, when you receive an broadcast.
